Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as you will accept these when you go through with the payment.
Access to .clip/.psd files, copies of the illustration without a signature, and/or resolutions over A4/300dpi between other things are possible through ordering a “commercial commission” which have different rates than the default private commissions, if you need any of these, be sure to inform the artist while ordering your commission.
The client will be added by the artist to the queue after payment is confirmed, which can only be made upfront on PayPal, Ko-Fi or through direct payment.
Regarding Full Body or Mid Body Commissions:
When the client’s position in the queue is reached, the artist will send the client between 1 and 4 thumbnails as needed to choose from, or mix around to find a proper starting point for cleanup.
The client is free to ask for changes in form, anatomy or design up during sketch and cleanup. After color work has started, only color changes will be accepted, minor lineart changes are possible, but any major change after color work has started might fall in extra charges.
Regarding Skeb Commissions:
The client may include a character, character list for the artist to choose from, or general prompt for the commission, the client is free to ask for updates regarding the commission with minor changes in form, missing details or anatomy during the sketch phase, but they may not include changing the overall pose or adding major changes.
Major changes or various versions of the image can be negotiated for an extra charge at any point of the commission.
Refund Policy:
Full refunds will be made available ONLY under the following conditions;
a. 2 months have gone by from the date of commission without a sketch being made available to the client.
b. 6 months has gone by from the date of commission without the fully finished commission made available to the client.
Partial refunds will be made available ONLY under the following conditions;
a. Initial sketch has been delivered, but the client wants to dismiss their commission.
The client will receive a full resolution export of their commission signed, as well as a web version for easier use on socials either through a downloadable link or through email.
A timelapse may be solicited at the start of work, as the artist doesn’t timelapse all their works by default.
The artist can deny any commission, if the reason is the nature of the illustration a full refund will be given, if the reason instead is client behavior refund may be halved or not given at all.
By going through the payment the client accepts these conditions.
